When you open the doors to your newest apartment, you’re also opening the doors to a whole new world. HMLT wants to embody this spirit in a huge event as they launch their newest and biggest co-living location yet in Singapore at Cantonment Road.
Solution
As the newest kids on the street, Hmlt wants to show that co-living is more than just sharing a living room and a kitchen - it’s a lifestyle. A community.
And what better way to show everyone a good time than to throw a good party?
The Hmlt Cantonment Block Party took over the streets, with food trucks, a fully stocked bar, live music, and a lineup of activities to get a taste of the Hmlt community. Drawing on Hmlt’s weekly social events, potential neighbors and housemates mingled to the tunes of Ice Cream Sundays, Ruckus, and DJ Chris Deakin. F&B options like The Goodburger, kult kafe, Babasan, Archipelago Brewery, and The Singleton kept attendees well-fed and watered.
Paying homage to Cantonment’s rich history, heritage tours and room experiences gave a peek into the Hmlt community and the personalities you might encounter. Hmlt Wellness Studio Manager led yoga sessions in the studio, while fellow Hmlt member My Squiggles led a workshop on sketch drawing. Chelcie also demonstrated her pro-painting skills at a face painting booth.
